These small files of ever looping action have many uses on apps and all over the web, from website headers to article features. They’re an effective way to make an otherwise static illustration stand out from the rest. And they’re usually seamless too! So you can’t really tell the beginning from the end, which is visually pretty satisfying. They aren’t exactly a replacement for an Explainer Video, but they can quickly explain an idea that wouldn’t have been understandable from only an image.
